Chef Varuns Ktchen

I started this place on Jetalpur MainRoad a while back. It's right across from the Tansha Comfort Regency Hotel. Most people just walk over from there if they are staying the night. Vadodara gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so the kitchen feels even warmer then. My name is Varun and I just wanted a spot where I could cook things my way. We spend a lot of time prepping in the mornings before the lunch rush starts. The road out front is usually busy with traffic and people heading toward the main part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the horns, but you get used to it after a few months. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just making food that people like to eat. The staff has been with me for a bit and we just try to keep things moving. There isn't much to say about the decor because it's pretty simple inside. We focus more on what's happening on the stove than what the walls look like. If you are driving down Jetalpur Road, you’ll see our sign. It’s not the biggest one on the street, but it’s there. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a headache during peak hours, but that's just how it is in this part of Vadodara. I’m usually around the back or at the counter if it's really busy. Just a normal kitchen doing normal work every day.
