Cash N Carry Chatako Pani Puri

You can find us on the ground floor of the Cash N Carry building on Atma Jyoti Ashram Road. We’re right across from the Ellora Milk Centre, which is a big landmark here in the Ellora Park area of Vadodara. Our little spot is all about pani puri and some other quick snacks. It’s not a big restaurant where you sit down for a three-course meal. It’s more of a place where you stand around, have a few bites, and chat with whoever else is there. We start our prep early in the afternoon, peeling potatoes and mixing the spices for the water. Everything has to be fresh, or it just doesn't taste right. The street outside gets pretty busy in the evenings, and that’s usually when we have the most people gathered around our counter. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website to talk about. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. We’ve been at this for a while, and we like the bustle of Ellora Park. It’s a good feeling when you see the same faces coming back every week for their usual snack. We keep the counter as clean as we can, and we try to keep the line moving so nobody has to wait too long for their turn. It’s just a simple snack stall, really. If you're near the milk centre and feeling hungry, just cross the road and look for us. We'll be there serving.
