Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is right in Vasant Enclave and it stays pretty busy most days of the week. It is a typical pizza place where you can hear the ovens humming and the staff calling out order numbers. We spend most of our time in the back stretching out dough and making sure the toppings are spread out right. It gets really hot near the ovens, especially during the dinner rush when the tickets start piling up on the line. We have a few tables out front for people who want to sit down and eat while the food is fresh, but a lot of our work is just packing boxes for the delivery riders waiting outside. The floor usually has a bit of flour on it by the end of the night and we spend a good amount of time scrubbing everything down before we head home. We are just a local crew of young people and a few older managers trying to keep the kitchen running smooth. Sometimes we run out of certain crusts or the soda machine acts up, and we just have to explain it to the customers as best as we can. It is a noisy, fast-paced environment but we have a good rhythm going. People in Vadodara know where we are, so we get a lot of the same faces coming in every Friday night. It is just a regular job of making food and keeping the place clean for the next shift.
