Shree Sainath Caterers

If you go to 11 A, Sudamapuri Society, you will find us there. Shree Sainath Caterers has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a small place, but it serves us well for what we need to do. The society is mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet, though the kitchen can get a bit loud during the morning rush. We spend hours peeling, cutting, and stirring. There’s always a list of things to do pinned to the wall. The address at 11 A is where everything happens, from taking the phone calls to packing the last tiffin box. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything. It is just a functional space with a lot of stainless steel and big burners. Working in catering means your schedule is never really your own, especially on weekends. We are usually loading up the vehicles while the rest of the street is just waking up. Sudamapuri Society is a nice spot, tucked away a little bit. It makes for a good base for us. We know all the local shortcuts to get around town from here. The work is repetitive and tiring, but we have a good rhythm down now. It’s just honest work done by a few people who have been doing this for years. No big secrets, just staying on top of the orders.
