Shree Payal Caterers

Shree Payal Caterers is based out of A/1/32 Rama Nagar Society. We are right near Tainitorts School, so you hear the kids playing during the day while we are busy in the kitchen. Being in Kala Darshan on Waghodia Road means there is always something going on nearby. The society is a decent place to work from. We have our setup in the Rama Nagar area and it stays quite busy with people coming and going. Most of the time, we are just focusing on the cooking and making sure the supplies are fresh. We get our ingredients from the local markets around Waghodia Road. It is a lot of heavy lifting with the big bags of grain and the crates of vegetables. The school nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find the house. It’s a bit of a maze in the society if you aren't used to it, but house A/1/32 is where we do all the work. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by the smell of the cooking. Sometimes the monsoon makes the road a bit messy, but the work doesn't stop. We just keep the stoves going and the containers ready. It’s a family-style environment here, nothing corporate. We just cook the food and send it out to wherever it needs to go.
