Shivam Catrering & Tiffin Services is located at 14, Asutosh Society. It’s a residential area, so we try to keep things respectful for the neighbors. Most of our work happens in the kitchen early in the morning. We are busy packing tiffins while most people are still waking up. The smell of dal and rice is quite common around our house. We don't have a commercial shopfront; it’s just our space in Asutosh Society. The tiffin boxes are stacked up high by 8 AM. We spend a lot of time washing vegetables and stirring large pots. It’s a small operation. We don't have a team of corporate managers. It’s just us doing the cooking and the packing. Sometimes we run a bit behind if the vegetable delivery is late. That’s just how it goes. The society is a nice place to work from. We know the people living in the other houses. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, word spreads from one person to another. We focus on the daily meals. Every afternoon, once the tiffins are out, we start the big cleanup. It takes a couple of hours to get everything spotless again. Then we start prepping for the next day. It’s a cycle that doesn't really stop. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just providing food from our kitchen at number 14. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy every single day of the week.
