Sheiji Catering & Services

Nizampura is where we are, right in the R R Market area. It is Kempanna Lane, in case you are trying to find the place on a map. It is not a big fancy office. Mostly, it is just a kitchen that stays pretty hot for most of the day. We started Sheiji Catering & Services because everyone needs to eat, and not everyone has the time to cook for fifty people at once. We handle the big pots and the heavy bags of rice. My hands usually smell like onions or ginger by the afternoon. It is hard work, standing on your feet all day, but we like it when the food turns out right. We do not have a flashy website or anything like that. People just hear about us from their neighbors or the guy at the market down the street. We use what is fresh that morning. If the market does not have something good, we just do not cook it. That is just how it goes with us. Sometimes we run out of things, but we always figure it out. The lane gets narrow, so delivery can be a bit of a headache with the local traffic. But we have lived here long enough to know the shortcuts. It is a family thing, really. We do not have fancy uniforms, just aprons that have seen better days. We are just regular people trying to do a decent job.
