Sapnam Caterers

Our place is located at 137 in the Pramukh Swami Society. We are right near the Mira Flat area in Varasia. It’s a typical neighborhood spot. Sapnam Caterers operates out of this space where we do all our prep work. The kitchen gets quite warm when the stoves are going. Varasia is a crowded part of town, so there is always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and getting the large pots ready. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The smell of food usually fills the air around house number 137. We have been in this society for a while now. Neighbors know us by the sounds of the kitchen. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Most of the work happens early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We load up the vans right there on the street. Sometimes parking near Mira Flat is a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the orders we have for the day. There is a lot of cleaning involved after the cooking is done. We scrub the floors and wash the big utensils every evening. It’s a repetitive cycle, but it keeps the business going. We stay busy with the local events in Varasia. Being part of the Pramukh Swami Society feels like being part of a big family here, so we just stick to our routine at number 137.
