Pizza Inn (India) Inc

Pizza Inn (India) Inc is located in Alkapuri, near the Ellis Bridge. We are a pizza shop that stays busy with both dine-in customers and a lot of deliveries. The kitchen is the heart of our place, and it’s always warm because the ovens are constantly running. We spend our mornings prepping the dough and chopping up vegetables for the toppings. It’s a lot of physical work and we are on our feet most of the day. The area near Ellis Bridge gets a lot of traffic, so you’ll see our delivery bikes coming and going all the time. We have a small seating area for people who want to eat their pizza fresh out of the oven. It’s a basic space with simple tables. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. We focus on getting the orders right and getting them out quickly. Sometimes when it rains, the deliveries take a bit longer and we have to explain that to the customers on the phone. We use a lot of cheese and flour every single day. The staff is a small group of people who have been working together for a while. We know the Alkapuri streets well, which helps with the delivery times. It’s a straightforward job making food for people. We don't try to be anything other than a local pizza place. It gets hectic on weekend nights, but we just keep making the pizzas.
