Dishawad Bhavan

Dishawad Bhavan is located right on Harni Road, directly opposite the Harni Airport. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, serving people who live around here and some who are just coming from the airport. The area has changed quite a bit over the years, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. It’s not a big fancy establishment. It’s just a building where we do our daily work and make sure people have a place to eat. Being across from the airport means we see a lot of taxis and people in a hurry. Our setup is simple, with basic tables and a kitchen that stays busy most of the time. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do because it's just regular cooking and serving. Sometimes we run out of certain things by the end of the day, but that's just how it goes with fresh food. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a bit. We don't have a big management team or anything like that. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. Harni Road is always moving, and we are just one part of that street life. We keep the doors open and the food ready for anyone who walks in from the heat outside. It’s a plain, honest spot for people who just want a meal.
