Peekoss Fast Food

Peekoss Fast Food is located right on the ground floor 1 of a building on Gotri Road. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work for what we need. Most of the day is spent standing behind the counter waiting for the next order or prepping ingredients in the back. Gotri Road is always full of traffic, so we get a lot of people just stopping in because they are passing by. The kitchen is small and it gets pretty warm in there when the fryers and grills are all going at the same time. We try to keep the floor clean, but with people coming in and out all day, it’s a constant battle. We have a few stools for people to sit on, but most folks just take their food and head back out to their cars or bikes. It is a simple life running a fast food joint. We have our regulars who come in for the same thing every time, and we know their faces even if we don't always know their names. Sometimes the delivery guys are gathered outside waiting, which makes the entrance feel a bit crowded. It’s just a basic shop on the ground floor. We don't have any big plans, we just try to get the orders out as fast as we can without making too many mistakes, and usually, the day goes by faster than you would think.
