Neopolitan Pizza

We’ve been here in Nizampura for a bit now, just tossing dough and keeping the ovens hot. It’s a small spot, nothing too fancy, and we like it that way. Most days it’s just us figuring out which toppings people are asking for the most. Some nights it gets pretty busy and the kitchen feels a little cramped, but we manage. We don't aim for anything huge. We just make the food and hope people enjoy their meal when they sit down or take a box home. The neighborhood is nice and we've gotten to know a few of the regulars who stop by after work. Sometimes we run out of specific things if the delivery truck is late, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It's just a few of us here every day, making sure the cheese melts right and the crust isn't too burnt. If you walk past our place in Nizampura, you’ll probably smell the garlic or see someone cleaning the front window. We just keep things simple. No big speeches or fancy decorations, just a kitchen and some tables. We started this because we wanted to do something local. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the oven acts up, but we fix it and keep going. That's about it really. Just a pizza shop in the neighborhood.
