Neopolitan Pizza

You can find Neopolitan Pizza on the ground floor of the Procube Complex on Chhani Road. We are tucked in behind the S.T. Depot and right near the Reliance Digital in the Nizampura area. It is a busy part of the city and there is always a lot of noise from the buses and the traffic nearby. We are not a massive chain with fancy commercials. It is just a local pizza place where we spend most of our time stretching dough and keeping the oven at the right temperature. The kitchen is visible so you can see us working when you walk in. It gets pretty warm in there during the dinner rush, and the flour seems to get on everything no matter how much we clean. We have a few tables for people who want to eat quickly, but a lot of our business is just folks stopping by on their way home from the depot. We don't have a corporate script when we talk to you. We just ask what you want on your pizza and get to work. Sometimes we run out of a certain topping if it was a particularly busy day, but that’s just how it goes. The staff is mostly local kids and we all just try to keep up with the orders. It’s a simple spot with good smells and a lot of activity throughout the evening. We stay open late enough for the last commuters.
