National Foods

National Foods is located at 127, Road-N, in the GIDC area of Waghodia. Being in an industrial estate like this means things are always moving around us. It is a pretty straightforward setup we have here. The building is functional and serves its purpose for storing and handling food items. There is a lot of space for trucks to pull up, which is lucky because the roads can get cramped sometimes. The mornings are usually the busiest time when everything is being loaded and the staff is running around with clipboards. We have a small room for breaks where everyone sits and eats lunch together. It’s nothing special, just a table and some chairs, but it gets the job done. The weather in Waghodia can get really hot, so we try to keep the warehouse as cool as we can. We don’t really do much in the way of decorating the place. It’s mostly just pallets, boxes, and the smell of whatever we are processing that week. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we manage to get through the day. We are just a group of people working in a warehouse, making sure things get where they need to go. It’s a lot of physical work and staying organized. We have our routines and we stick to them because that is what keeps the business running without too many headaches or complications for the rest of the crew.
