You can find our food house right at Kapurai Chokdi on Dabhoi Road. It’s a busy intersection here in Vadodara, so we get a lot of travelers and truck drivers stopping by, along with the local families. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The kitchen starts early in the morning because there is always prep work to be done. We aren't one of those places with a massive menu that tries to do everything. We just stick to what we know and what people seem to like. It’s a practical setup with simple tables and chairs. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or big advertisements. We’d rather just keep the lights on and the food ready for whoever pulls over. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty being so close to the road, and the noise from the traffic never really stops, but that’s just how it is at a crossroads like this. Our staff is local and they work hard to keep things moving. We don't have any scripted greetings or corporate policies. We just say hello and get you what you need. It’s a straightforward business for people who want a meal without any drama. We’ve seen many people come and go over the years, and we’re still here doing the same thing every day.
