Mithila Homemade Nonveg Food

Our kitchen is located in Saurabha Park, which is in the Ellora Park area of Vadodara. We are quite close to the Samta Flats. This isn't a big commercial restaurant with neon signs or anything like that. It is more of a home-style setup where we focus on non-vegetarian food. We started this because we realized that a lot of people living in flats around here don't always have the time to cook a full meal for themselves. We do everything ourselves, from buying the meat to grinding the spices. It smells like ginger and garlic in here most of the day. It is a bit messy sometimes when we are in the middle of a big order, but that is just how cooking is. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. We just want to make food that tastes like it was made in a proper kitchen at home. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice. Most of our customers are people who live right here in Ellora Park or nearby. We don't do much fancy plating. We just put the food in containers and get it ready for pickup or delivery. It’s hard work, and the kitchen gets really hot, but we like the routine of it. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, in our little corner of the park.
