Manoranjan Caterers

Manoranjan Caterers is located at 4 Parvati Nagar Society. We’re tucked in between New Vip Road and Harni Road, not too far from the Swami Narayan Society in Harni. It’s a busy little pocket of the city. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time. The house is always full of activity. We have big industrial stoves and lots of cooling racks for the sweets. It’s not a corporate office; it’s a working kitchen where things get messy before they get cleaned up. We spend our mornings at the vegetable market getting what we need for the day's orders. Then it’s back here to start the prep work. We have a small team of cooks who have been with us for years. We know each other's ways by now. Sometimes the delivery rickshaws have a hard time finding the exact gate, so we often have to go out and wave them down. The neighborhood is friendly, and we try not to block the lane with our crates. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone eats our food at a wedding and then asks for our number. That's how we've kept going. It’s a lot of long hours and standing up, but we like the bustle of it. If you’re near Harni, you’ll probably see our name on the containers being moved around on the back of a truck.
