Vinayak Flour Mill Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plot No. E-29 in the GIDC Estate. If you ever walk past our place, you’ll probably notice the smell of ground grain and a thin layer of white dust on just about everything near the entrance. Milling flour is what we do, and we’ve been doing it at this same spot for a long time. It’s a straightforward business, really. We take in the grain and we process it through the mills we have set up in the back. The machines are pretty loud, so we have to shout over them sometimes when we’re talking. Our team at E-29 is a small group of hard-working people who don’t mind getting a bit dusty during their shift. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that because we aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. We just care about the flour coming out right. The GIDC Estate is a busy hub, and we’re just one of the many plots trying to keep things moving. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool and keep going until the day’s work is done. There’s a certain rhythm to the mill that we all find quite steady. We don't spend money on big ads or anything; we just rely on the fact that we’ve been here at E-29 for years and people know where to find us.
