Magic Food

Magic Food is located along the 2nd Stage Service Road in Vadodara, just west of Chord Road. It is a bit of a trek to get to if you are not already on the service road. We are in a simple building that does not stand out much from the others on the strip. Most of our work happens in the back where we prep the meals. It is not a glamorous job, just a lot of cooking and cleaning. We have a few tables out front, but a lot of people just take their food to go. The road outside is always busy with cars and bikes zooming past. We get a lot of dust from the traffic, so we are constantly wiping down the counters. We are not a big chain or anything like that. It is just a few of us who decided to open up a food spot here. Sometimes we forget to turn the sign on, or we run out of napkins, but we try to keep things running. The menu is pretty basic, just things we know how to make well. We have been here in Vadodara for a bit now and we have seen the area change. It is a loud, busy place to work, but we like being right by the Chord Road. We just show up every day, cook what needs cooking, and go home when the work is done. It is just a normal way to earn a living.
