Krutika Caterers

Down on Lehri Pura Road, you’ll find us at Krutika Caterers. We are situated right in the Middle Way area, which is always bustling with shoppers and rickshaws. Our kitchen is tucked away here, and it’s been that way for years. It’s a tight space, but we make it work somehow. We have big stainless steel pots and long tables where we prep everything. The air is always thick with the smell of tadka and steam. Because we're in such a busy part of town, getting our delivery vans in and out can be a real challenge. We have to time everything just right so the food stays hot. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll often see different relatives helping out when things get really crowded. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office. Most people just want to know if the food will be ready on time and if it tastes right. We’ve had some long days here, especially when multiple orders clash. The old building has high ceilings which helps with the heat from the stoves. We know all the shopkeepers around Lehri Pura Road, and they know us. It’s a community. If you come looking for us, just ask anyone near the Middle Way and they’ll point you to Krutika Caterers. We’re usually there from dawn till the last pot is scrubbed clean for the next day.
