Kheteshwar Caterers

Kheteshwar Caterers has been operating right across from Latipara Khadki on Old Padra Road for a good while. Our spot is usually pretty busy with people coming in to talk about their events. We don't have a flashy entrance, just a functional space where the real work happens. You can usually hear the big burners going in the back where the cooking gets done. Old Padra Road is always noisy, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle all sorts of orders, from small family dinners to bigger gatherings. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the supplies arrive on time and the staff is ready to go. We keep our equipment in the back and there’s always a crate of vegetables being moved around. The floors are stone and they’ve seen a lot of use. Sometimes we have to shout a bit over the sound of the traffic outside. Most of our regulars are families who have lived in the area for generations. They know exactly where we are, right opposite the khadki. We don't use fancy brochures; we just tell people what we can do and then we get to it. It’s hard work, especially during the wedding season when the lights are on until two in the morning. We just keep our heads down and focus on the cooking. That's how we've always done things here. It's a tiring but good life.
