Kaka Ni Bhaji Pav & Fast Food

You can find us at shop number 31 in the Krishnavally building on Sama Savli Road. This is in the New Sama area of Vadodara. We are right across from the Ambe School and quite near the Amitnagar Circle. If you are looking for Sepal Residency, we are close to that too. We focus on bhaji pav and other fast food items that people like to eat in the evenings. Our shop is quite small, so most of the action happens around the big flat tawa where we cook. It gets very hot in there, especially during the summer months in Gujarat. We start getting busy as soon as the sun goes down and people come out for their evening snacks. Since we are near a school, we get a lot of kids and their parents stopping by after classes. It is a lot of hard work, standing and stirring the bhaji for hours. We don't have a fancy dining room; it is more of a casual spot where people just stand and eat or take their food home. We have been in this location for a good while and have become a part of the local food scene here in New Sama. We don't use any fancy advertising. We just let the smell of the spices do the work. It is a simple life, making food for the neighbors and keeping the business running day by day without any fuss.
