Jagannath Chat

Jagannath Chat has been around for a bit now, tucked away in C-12, Sneh Kunj Society. We are over near Shantinagar in the Gorwa area. It is a quiet residential part of town, which makes for a nice atmosphere. We mostly focus on making chat that people actually want to eat. There are no fancy decorations or anything like that in our shop. Just tables and the smell of spices in the air. We start early in the morning, getting the ingredients ready for the day. Sahyog is a good place to be based because people are friendly and they know what they like. We get a lot of regulars who live nearby in Sneh Kunj. It is nice seeing the same faces every day. We don't really do much advertising because we are usually too busy at the counter. Sometimes the place gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is how it should be. We just try to keep things clean and keep the food coming out fresh. It is a small operation, mostly family and a couple of helpers. We don't have big plans to expand or anything corporate. Just staying here and making sure the chat tastes right is enough for us. If you are ever near Shantinagar, you might hear the sounds from our kitchen. We are just local people serving food to our neighbors, and that feels like enough for a living.
