Happy Singh Food Xxpress

This place is over at Leader House, numbers 4 and 5, right on Race Course Road. If you know Ellora Park in Vadodara, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We started this because we wanted to have a spot where people could grab a quick bite without waiting around forever. It’s not a huge place, just a few counters and some space to stand or sit for a minute. The traffic on Race Course Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we see a lot of people stopping in to wait out the rush. We keep the staff moving, though sometimes we run out of certain items if the lunch crowd was bigger than we expected. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on what’s happening in the kitchen. We do a lot of parcels. You’ll see the delivery guys coming in and out all day long. It gets a bit chaotic near the entrance when the bikes are parked everywhere. We try to keep things organized with a notepad and some pens, though they always seem to go missing. It’s just how it goes here in Ellora Park. We’ve been here for a bit and the locals seem to know us well enough by now. We just open up, cook, and close down when the food is gone. It's a fast-paced environment and we just try to keep up with the tickets.
