Daawat Catering Service

Our kitchen and office for Daawat Catering Service are located at B/41 in the Mangalmurti Tenaments. We are right on Subhanpura Road here in Vadodara, tucked behind the Samta Flats. It is a residential kind of area, so it stays fairly calm compared to the main market roads, which is nice for when we are preparing food. You can usually find us busy in the back during the early hours of the morning. There is a lot of chopping and cooking going on, and the smells of spices usually fill the air around the tenements. We have been working from this Subhanpura spot for a good while, and the neighbors are used to seeing our delivery vans moving in and out. The space itself is functional rather than pretty. We have big counters for prep work and plenty of storage for our pots and pans. It is a bit crowded when the whole team is in, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time making lists and checking our inventory. Living and working in Vadodara means we are always around people we know. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that because most of our work happens in the kitchen or out at the venues where the food is served. It is a lot of hard work and long hours on our feet, but that is just the nature of catering. We just keep our heads down and cook everyday.
