Chatkazz

Chatkazz is located in Sayajigun, and if you know the area, you know it stays pretty lively. We set up shop here because we wanted to be where the action is. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy, just enough room to get the food ready and serve it to the people who stop by. We don't have a huge seating area, so it gets pretty cramped during the evening rush. You’ll often see people standing around outside while they wait for their orders. We’ve been doing this for a few years now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. But we’re still here, doing the same things we did on day one. We don't use any complicated recipes, just stuff that tastes good and fills you up. Sometimes the music from the shops nearby is a bit loud, but it adds to the atmosphere of the place. We do our own cleaning and shopping for ingredients every morning. It’s a lot of work, and some days are longer than others, but we enjoy the routine. We don't have a website or a big advertising budget, we just rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work out okay for us. We’re just local folks making food for anyone who’s hungry in Sayajigun. Most of our regulars just tell us their order as they walk in before even looking at the menu board.
