Cafe Chokolade

We run Cafe Chokolade over in Alkapuri. It’s a small shop where we mostly focus on drinks and some snacks. Alkapuri is a busy area, so there are always people walking by, especially in the evenings when things cool down a bit. We opened this place because we wanted to have a small business of our own. It’s not always easy, and some days are slower than others, but we like being here. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we organize everything. We spend our time mixing drinks, cleaning up spills, and making sure the fridge is stocked. We don't use any complicated recipes or anything like that. It's just straightforward stuff that people like. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients if the delivery truck is late, but we usually make do. The lights in the shop can be a bit bright, but it keeps the place looking awake. We’ve met a lot of interesting people from around Alkapuri who stop in while they’re out running errands. We don't have a big mission or anything; we just want to keep the shop running and make sure the customers aren't waiting too long. It’s a basic operation, run by a few of us who care about the work. We enjoy the routine of opening up every morning and seeing who comes through the door. It is what it is.
