Bismilah Pan House

Bismilah Pan House has been sitting here on the Main Road at Vasna Road for a while. If you live around this part of Vadodara, you probably passed by us many times. It is a small spot, nothing too fancy to look at. We mostly spend our time preparing things for the regulars who stop by after their meals. The evening is usually our busiest time because everyone is out for a walk or heading home. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We keep things pretty straightforward here. There is always someone hanging around the counter chatting about the cricket scores or the local news. We don't really have a big staff, just a couple of us making sure everything is ready. The glass jars on the shelves are filled with the usual stuff people like. Sometimes we run out of change, which is a bit of a hassle, but we figure it out eventually. It is not the kind of place you find in a big mall. It is just a local corner shop. We know most of the people who come in by their first name. It is a good way to stay connected to the neighborhood. We stay open late because that is when people want to come by. It is just a regular life running a pan shop on Vasna Road. We just keep things moving day by day.
