Baba Chefs Pvt Ltd is tucked away on the ground floor of D 18 in Vrindavan Township. We’re located right on Harni Road. It’s a decent spot for us because it’s easy to get in and out when we’re moving supplies. We spend a lot of our time thinking about food, which I guess makes sense given the name. It’s not a glamorous setup, just a functional kitchen and office space where we coordinate everything. Most of the work involves a lot of prep and making sure we have enough staff for whatever we have planned for the day. Things can get a bit chaotic when multiple orders come in at once, and the ground floor can feel a bit small when everyone is rushing around. We’ve had some long nights here, especially during the busy months. We just try to keep our heads down and work through the list of tasks. The township is usually pretty quiet, which is a nice contrast to how loud it gets inside our workspace. We aren't big on fancy titles or anything like that. We’re just a group of people who know our way around a kitchen. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with heat, but it’s what we do. We’ve been on Harni Road for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. We just want to get the cooking done right so the day ends on a good note for everyone.
