Ash-A Restaurants Llp is located at Gotri Road 6 in the Amravati Society part of Vadodara. It’s a pretty central spot and we’ve been operating out of here for a good while. Running a restaurant business is a lot of work, and most of our time is spent right here on the ground. We aren't some big chain with offices in another city; we’re right here in the building every day. The kitchen is usually the busiest part of the place, as you can imagine. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and our evenings making sure things run smoothly for the customers. It gets hot and loud, and there’s always something that needs fixing or cleaning. We don't have any interest in marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We’re just a small team of people who work in the food industry. We know a lot of the people in Amravati Society since we’re there so often. The Gotri Road address is easy for people to find, which is helpful. We don’t have any big corporate goals or fancy mission statements. We just show up, do the cooking, and try to keep the business going. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but it’s what we do. We like the local feel of the place and being a part of the Vadodara community in our own small way.
