Anz Restaurant Llp

Our spot is in the Onyx Business Center, specifically room 1001. We’re located near Akshar Chowk on Atladra Road. It’s a pretty modern building, which is a bit of a change for some of us at Anz Restaurant Llp who are used to smaller shops. Even though it’s a business center, we try to keep things feeling relaxed inside. We spend a lot of time planning menus and figuring out the logistics of running a restaurant. It’s not just about the food; there’s a lot of boring stuff like permits and supply lists that take up our time. You’ll usually find one of us hunched over a laptop or talking on the phone with a vendor. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a lot of corporate signage. It’s a practical space where the real work happens behind the scenes. Sometimes the elevators in the center are busy, so we end up waiting around a bit, but that gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We aren't big on using corporate jargon or making grand promises. We just enjoy being part of the Atladra Road community and seeing people enjoy what we put together. It gets a bit hectic when we’re launching something new, but we manage by sticking together. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing or cleaning the coffee machine. It’s just our daily life and we like it.
