Al-Alimento

Al-Alimento is tucked away at Plot No. C/7 in Tandalja. We are situated near the Haji Duplex, which most locals know well. It is more of a residential-feeling area, so it is not as crazy as the main market streets, but we still stay plenty busy. The space inside is mostly taken up by our equipment and the supplies we need for the day. I spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to say hello or ask about what is new. We do not have any big corporate setup here. It is just a practical space where we get our work done. The walls are a plain color, and we have a few chairs for when someone has to wait for a bit. Tandalja is a nice spot, and being at Plot C/7 gives us enough room to breathe. The delivery vans sometimes struggle with the parking near Haji Duplex, but we usually sort it out without too much fuss. I personally like the quiet moments in the late morning before the afternoon rush starts. It gives me a chance to sweep up and organize the smaller items on the counter. We are not trying to be anything fancy or high-end. We just provide what we provide and hope people are satisfied with what they get from us. It is honest work and keeps us occupied.
