We don't spend money on fancy things because every rupee counts when you are growing crops. We talk about the weather more than anything else because that’s what runs our lives. We aren't here to make big promises. We just try to get the best out of the soil every season. Some years are better than others, and you just have to take the bad ones with the good ones. We started this company because we wanted to have more say in how our stuff gets sold. Before, we were all on our own and it was tough. Now, being a producer company helps us a bit more.
