Jwngni Abat Samridhi Mahila Kisan Producer Company Limited is a group of us women from Gelagaon. We operate from Rinku Daimari’s house in the Udalguri district. It’s a simple setup because we’d rather be out in the fields than sitting at a desk all day. In this part of Darrang, farming is just what people do. We realized that if the women here worked together, we could handle the selling and buying a lot better. We aren't a corporate office with people in suits.
