Jwnglary Agro & Tea Producer Company Limited is located in Village No-4 Amjuli. Our post office is Borigaon and we are under the Harishinga police station in Udalduri Darrang. This part of Assam is very beautiful but the work is hard. We do a mix of general agriculture and tea production. Being in Amjuli means we are a bit far from the big towns, so we have to be self-reliant. We have a small group of members who all contribute their time and effort. We aren't some huge industry with thousands of employees. It’s just us local people from the village. We spend our mornings checking the crops and our afternoons in the tea patches. The soil in the area is decent, but you have to work it well. We meet up at a central house to discuss our expenses and what we need to buy for the next season. It’s all very practical and down-to-earth. We don't use any complicated business strategies. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. The road to the village can be tricky for outsiders to find, but we like the peace and quiet. We are just a small producer company trying to get our products to the market. There is no corporate polish here, just honest sweat and a lot of tea drinking while we work. We hope the next season is a good one for all of us.
