Anjanadri Granite & Stones

Our business, Anjanadri Granite & Stones, is located at 54-541 on B H Road in Batawadi. It is a busy stretch of road and we see a lot of people passing by every day. The location in Batawadi is convenient for us. We have a yard where we keep all the granite and stone blocks. It is not a very large operation, just enough to keep us busy. The noise from B H Road is something we have learned to ignore over the years. We start our day by opening the gates and seeing what needs to be moved around. The stones are heavy and moving them takes a lot of care. We have a small office area, but it is mostly used for storing tools and keeping a few files. Most of our time is spent outside in the yard. We do not wear suits or anything like that; we just wear what is comfortable for moving stone. The weather can be a bit unpredictable, so we have to watch out for rain. When people come by, they usually know what they are looking for already. We just help them find it in our stock. It is a straightforward way to earn a living. We have been here for some time and we know the way the local market works. It is a lot of manual labor but we are used to it by now.
