A. H. Granites

A. H. Granites is located at Plot No.39-B in the Hirehally Industrial Area. Specifically, we are in the Manchakalkuppe part of Hirehalli. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but this is where all the industrial work happens. Our yard is filled with large blocks and slabs of granite that we process. It’s a dusty job and the sun can be quite harsh out here in the open spaces. We have a small crew of guys who handle the cutting and the loading. We don't have a lot of office staff. Usually, the person who answers the phone is the same person who was just operating the crane. We deal with a lot of construction workers and contractors who need stone for their buildings. Sometimes the power goes out in the industrial area and we have to stop everything, which is frustrating but that’s life here. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. We just show people what we have in the yard. The stone comes in from the quarries and we do our best to get it ready for whoever needs it. It’s a basic operation. We focus on the slabs and making sure the trucks are loaded safely before they head out to the city. It's just honest work in a noisy industrial zone.
