SILK VALLEY TEX PARK PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is over at S.F.NO.107/1 in Vattalapathi, which is located in Uthukuli Taluk. We are situated in that busy area between Tirupur and Coimbatore where there are many other textile businesses. Being part of a tex park means there are always trucks moving and people going back and forth between the different units. It is a very industrial setting, and the air usually smells like dust and machine oil. We have a good amount of floor space here for our machines. Most of the day is spent checking the production lines and making sure nothing has jammed up. The weather out this way gets very dry, so we spend time wiping down the equipment to keep the grit out of the gears. People come from the local villages to work here, some on the bus and others on their old scooters. It makes for a long day for everyone. We don't spend any time on marketing or making ourselves look fancy; we just focus on the orders that come in and getting them packed for the trucks. The office is just a couple of rooms with some basic wooden desks and a few filing cabinets. We much prefer being out on the floor where the actual work is happening. It is a practical setup that handles a lot of volume without any extra fuss. We have seen this area change a lot over the years.
