Aadhi Texknits

Aadhi Texknits is located at Kulathupalayam, right near the Veerapandi Telephone Exchange on Palladam Road. Our spot is at S.F. No. 651. It’s a decent location, easy enough to tell people where we are by mentioning the exchange. The building is a bit older and has that smell of industrial oil and fabric that you find in these kinds of places. We do a lot of knitting work here. The machines have a specific rhythm that you start to hear in your sleep after a while. We don't have a big fancy office. There is just a small corner with a table and a couple of old chairs where we handle the bills and orders. Most of the space is taken up by the knitting machines and the big bags of yarn. The floor is stained in a few places from spills, but we keep it as clean as we can. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. We usually eat our lunch together outside when the weather is nice. Palladam Road can get quite noisy with all the trucks passing by, but we don't mind it much. We just focus on the machines and making sure the fabric comes out right. It's a lot of work and sometimes the machines act up, but we just fix them and keep going.
