SAMRUTHI TEXTILES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place, Samruthi Textiles Private Limited, is located at DNO 3/436 A in S Guruvayurappan Nagar. We are right by the Varanasipalayam Pirivu in Vavipalayam. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s where we’ve set up shop. The area is growing quite a bit, but it still feels like the edge of town in some ways. We deal with textiles every day, which means there is always something to be counted, folded, or moved into a truck. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some sturdy wooden desks and a couple of old cupboards for the files. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going at full speed. There’s a lot of coming and going around here. We are constantly checking in with the local workshops and making sure our orders are being processed. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late because of a festival, and we just have to deal with it. It’s not a fancy corporate environment by any stretch of the imagination. We know most of our neighbors and we often stop to talk to the people at the nearby shops. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest.
