Knit Gallery India Private Limited is situated at Door Number 62/1 in K.N.S Garden. We are on the South Mangalam Road in the SR Nagar area, which is part of Andipalayam in Tirupur. It’s a busy part of the city to be in, but it’s good for business. We do a lot of knitting work here. The shop floor is always buzzing with the sound of machines. Coimbatore gets very hot, so we have to keep the windows open and the fans on high most of the year. We’ve been at this for several years now. It started out as a much smaller operation, and we just slowly added more machines as we could afford them. We don't have a fancy corporate structure. Most of the time, I’m out there with the guys checking the fabric or talking to the truck drivers who come to pick up the orders. There’s always a lot of dust and thread everywhere, but that’s just part of the textile business. We drink plenty of tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. Sometimes things get a bit crazy when everyone wants their fabric at the same time, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the knitting is done right and our customers are satisfied with what they get. It’s just us doing what we know best in our little corner of Tirupur.
