You have to go up to the 3rd floor at No. 7 / 2 in K. P. R. Layout. We are on 1st Street, right opposite the Diamond Theatre on Mangalam Road. It’s a well-known spot in Karuvampala. Being on the 3rd floor means we get a bit of a breeze, which is nice during the summer. Allwin Tex is a busy place despite being tucked away upstairs. We carry rolls of fabric up and down more than we’d like. The layout is mostly filled with other small businesses and shops. Mangalam Road is always buzzing with people going to the movies or shopping. We can hear the noise from the theatre crowds sometimes. Our workspace is pretty crowded with materials. We don't have a lot of room for sitting around. Everyone has a job to do. We spend the day cutting, measuring, and getting things ready for delivery. It’s not a fancy office. It’s a workshop through and through. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. People in the area know where to find us if they need textile work done. We don't do much advertising. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are there near the theatre. It’s a practical location for us. We just keep our heads down and get the orders finished as they come in. There is always something that needs to be moved or packed up before the day ends.
