Sun Star Chamber Bricks

Sun Star Chamber Bricks is situated at 52A/3 on the Trivandrum Road in Palayamkottai. It is a busy road, and we are right there where everyone can see us. We’ve been operating this brickyard for a good many years. It is a simple setup with the chambers and the drying areas taking up most of the space. We don’t have any polished brochures or a fancy sign. The work is mostly manual, and it gets very hot near the kilns, especially during the middle of the day. We don’t have an office staff to handle things. One of us is usually near the gate or working the clay. Palayamkottai is our home, and we like being part of the local building trade. Most of our customers are neighbors or local builders who have been coming to us for a long time. We don't use any corporate language or have big meetings about our future. We just check the quality of the bricks and make sure the deliveries go out when they are supposed to. The yard at 52A/3 is often a bit messy with the raw materials, but that is just the nature of the brick business. We stay busy with the routine of firing and cooling the chambers. It is hard work, but it keeps us going. If you are on Trivandrum Road, you will likely see us out there working away from sunrise to sunset.
