Kpn Bricks

Kpn Bricks is located on Mariamman Koil Street in Kallampuli. Our address is No:7/153, and we fall under the Poigai Post area. It’s a small place, and we are right near the temple, so it is easy to find. We have been making bricks here for a long time. The work is tough and the sun is hot, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time out in the yard. It’s not a fancy setup. We have our stacks of bricks and the space where we mix the soil. Everyone in the village knows us. We don't really do any marketing or have a website. If people need bricks for a wall or a house, they just walk over or send a message with someone passing by. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the clay isn't exactly right and we have to adjust, but that is just how it goes with natural materials. We work through the seasons, though the rain can make things messy. The street is usually quiet except when a tractor comes to pick up a load. We like it that way. It’s a steady life. We wake up, get to work, and try to make enough bricks to keep the orders moving. It’s what our family has done, and we just keep the tradition going at our own pace. We are usually around if anyone wants to stop by for a chat.
