Anc Bricks

Anc Bricks is situated right on Tiruchendur Road in Palayamkottai. We are at number 171. It is a very busy spot to work in because we are so close to the Jawakar Ground Market. There is always a lot of noise coming from the traffic and the people heading to the market for their shopping. We have our bricks stacked up high near the front road so everyone can see them. People stop their bikes and lean over the wall to ask about prices all the time. It is a lot of dust and constant noise here. We do not have a quiet office to sit in during the day. We are usually out by the stacks or helping someone load up their small vehicle. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon and there is not much shade. We have been here for a while and the location works well because everyone passes by eventually. Sometimes we have to move the older stacks around just to make room for the new ones coming in. It is very physical work and we are usually pretty tired by the time evening comes around. The market nearby means there is always something going on to watch. We do not do anything fancy with our yard setup. It is just the bricks and us. We just try to keep things moving.
