Srinithi Restaurant

If you are looking for Srinithi Restaurant, we are tucked inside the Saaral Resorts on Shencottai Road. We’ve got two units here, No 42 and 42a, and it keeps us fairly busy throughout the week. Courtallam is a beautiful place to be, especially when the weather is nice and people come for the falls. We see a lot of tourists who are staying at the resort or just passing through Tenkasi. The kitchen is always a bit warm, but that's just how it goes when you’re cooking all day. We try to keep things organized, though during the peak season it gets a little hectic with so many orders. My team and I focus on getting the food out without too much fuss. We don’t have any big corporate rules, we just talk to each other and get the work done. The resort grounds are quite pretty, so it's a nice environment to work in every day. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees try to see what's going on, which keeps us on our toes and makes for a funny story. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to whoever walks through the door. It’s a practical setup and we’ve been here long enough that we know most of the regular drivers and guides who stop by. We just do our jobs and hope the guests leave with a full stomach. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local scene here.
