This place is located in the shopping complex at No. 7 in Courtallam. If you are walking around the Tenkasi area, you will probably see our sign among the other shops. It’s a small operation we have going here. We decided to set up in the shopping complex because there are always people moving around, especially during the busy seasons when visitors come to see the falls. We mostly deal with chicken preparations. It’s not a very big space, but we have enough room for local families and people passing through. The kitchen stays quite active throughout the day. We don't really have a fancy philosophy or a long history to tell. We just opened up to serve food to the people in Courtallam. The walls are plain, and the chairs are just regular ones you find in any local eatery. Sometimes it gets a bit humid, but that's just how the weather is here. We make sure the ingredients are brought in fresh every morning from the local markets. My cousin helps me run the front, and we have a couple of cooks who have been doing this for a long time. We don't spend money on posters or flyers. People find us when they are out shopping or heading towards the main road. It is just a regular spot for a meal when you are in this part of town. We stay open until the evening rush ends.
