Haaris Restaurant

If you are driving along the North Byepass Road in Tirunelveli, you might have seen us. We are Haaris Restaurant, located at No 110 A in Vannarpettai. It’s pretty easy to find because we are right opposite the Apple Tree Hotel. There is also a Suzuki bike showroom nearby, so that’s a good landmark if you’re coming from the other side. We’ve been operating here for some time now. The kitchen gets quite hot in the afternoons, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We serve a lot of locals who live around Vannarpettai and travelers passing through the bypass. It’s not a huge place, just a regular restaurant where we try to keep the tables clean and the food coming out on time. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside from the main road, but inside it’s okay. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything, just us running the place every day. The staff mostly knows the regulars by name since they stop in for lunch so often. It’s a straightforward setup. We open early to get things prepped and stay open until the dinner rush clears out. Nothing too complicated about it. We just stay busy and keep the lights on here near the bridge. It is just a place to get a meal and head back to whatever you were doing.
