Eedal Restaurants Private Limited is based out of Tiruchirappalli, specifically at No. 49 on the 2nd Cross Street in Devaraya Nagar. We’re also near the 2nd street in Simco Sundar Nagar, which can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. We run our restaurant operations from this location. It’s a regular neighborhood spot where we focus on getting the food right for the people who live nearby. We don't have a massive corporate team or anything like that. It’s just a group of us who enjoy cooking and serving meals. The kitchen is where all the action happens, and it can get pretty hot and noisy during the lunch rush. We’ve had to learn a lot as we go, like how to manage the supplies and keep everything running smoothly even when things break down. Our building isn't anything too flashy, just a functional space where we can do our work. Being in Trichy means we get to meet a lot of different people, and that’s one of the best parts of the job. We don’t use any special slogans or marketing tricks. We just show up, cook the food, and try to make sure everyone who eats with us is satisfied. It’s a lot of long hours and hard work, but we’re proud of what we’ve built here in Devaraya Nagar.
