M R Chef

M R Chef is located at No 5/1 Kumaran Plaza on Vayalur Road. We are in the Tiruchirappalli East area, specifically Kumaran Nagar. Trichy is a warm place, and Vayalur Road is usually busy with commuters. We’ve been operating out of this plaza for a while now. The space is practical for what we do. We spend most of our time in the back preparing ingredients. Being in Kumaran Nagar means we get a lot of locals who live nearby. We don't really do much in terms of advertising; we just rely on people seeing our sign when they go to the other shops in the plaza. The 620008 area has grown a lot lately, and there are more businesses around us than there used to be. We are just a small team here. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because of the traffic on Vayalur Road, but we manage. We don't have a fancy dining room. It’s more of a focused kitchen setup. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we aren't. Our floors are tiled and we try to keep them scrubbed, though the dust from the road always finds its way in. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with heat, but it’s our trade. We just want to do a decent job every day.
